En japansk fotograf, Yusuke Harada, vann den tredje internationella fototävlingen PGB (Photographers Givning Back). Hans bild från den arabiska våren utsågs till den bästa bland 3 000 insända bilder från deltagare i 92 länder.
Segrarna i de olika klasserna i Jonas Lembergs internationella fototävling har utsetts av en jury och offentliggjordes på måndagen.
